The NFL Draft for Dummies

The NFL Draft is a very exciting time for those of us who find the NFL off-season to be more boring than the MLB in-season. Anyway, I am going to make this very simple for you. The NFL Draft is basically the NFL teams picking who they think is right for their team. The picks go in order for the worst team to the best team (in the 1st round). So, the worst NFL team from the previous season takes the 1st pick in the draft (usually). When they don't is when they trade for another player, or more picks, but that are higher up, or next years picks, etc, etc. There you have it. The NFL draft 1st round for dummies.
